01What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website at cambistapi.com and to the launch waitlist. Cambist is still in development: there is no API access, account or paid plan yet. When the API launches, it will come with its own service agreement, which you'll be asked to accept before you get an API key.
By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don't:
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- scrape or copy the site's content for commercial use without our permission;
- sign up other people for the waitlist without their consent.
03Preview content
The code samples, endpoints, SDK names and exchange rates on this site are illustrative. They show the direction of the product, not a final specification, and may change before launch. The rates shown are examples, not live market data, and nothing on this site is financial advice.
04The waitlist and your data
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you give us. We use it for one thing: to tell you when Cambist launches. We process it on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- We don't sell your address or share it with anyone for marketing.
- We may use a service provider to store addresses and send the launch email. They act only on our instructions.
- We keep your address until we've sent the launch email or you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your address, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact address below.
- If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority in your own EU country.
The site itself doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
05Intellectual property
The Cambist name, logo, site design and text belong to Neriobyte SRL. Using this site doesn't give you any rights to them, apart from viewing and sharing the site as described above.
06No warranty, and liability
The site is provided as it is, during development. We don't promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that Cambist will launch on any particular date or with any particular feature.
As far as the law allows, Neriobyte SRL isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its preview content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
07Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll change the date at the top when we do. If you're on the waitlist and a change affects how we use your data, we'll tell you by email first.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer laws and can also bring proceedings there.
